Early access — not live yet
Email Scheduler
The newsletter, the weekly digest, and the monthly report all wait on the same person: you.
Scheduled email that runs itself: customer newsletters, weekly owner digests, and report delivery on the calendar you set. Content assembled from the sources you approve, sent when you said. Early access; join the waitlist.
How it works
Set the calendar once
A customer newsletter on the first Tuesday, an owner digest each Monday, a report to your accountant each quarter. Written down instead of remembered.
It assembles from sources you approve
Bookings, jobs completed, revenue — drawn from what you already have rather than typed out again. You approve the content model; it does not invent copy about your business.
It sends, and tells you it sent
On the schedule you set, with a record of what went out and to whom.
What it will cost
Not priced. Likely bundled with the other services rather than sold on its own.
If you need real marketing automation — segments, campaigns, content generation — that is a different product from a different company. CastFleet is the sibling site that does it. We automate operations; they automate marketing, and building a worse version of theirs would serve nobody.

- No campaign segmentation.
- No A/B testing.
- No deliverability management beyond the basics.
This list shrinks in the build log, which also records what broke.
Frequently asked questions
- Is this an email marketing platform?
- No, and it will not become one. It sends scheduled operational email: digests, reports, and routine customer updates. Campaign marketing belongs elsewhere and we will point you there.
- Will it write the emails for me?
- It assembles them from your own data against a template you approve. It does not generate claims about your business, because a confident sentence you did not write going out under your name is not a feature.
Building something custom instead? Cosyslabs builds bespoke systems. Marketing automation — campaigns, content, social — is CastFleet’s lane rather than ours; BizForce automates operations.
