1. What this site is

bizphoton.com provides free educational calculators and reference tables about small-business costs, and previews of the BizForce software suite. Content is provided for general information only. It is not tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice — see the disclaimer.

2. No warranty on figures

We verify changing figures against official sources and show the verification date beside them, but rates and fees change and errors are possible. The site and its data are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Always confirm figures with the official source linked on the page before acting on them.

3. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosyslabs Inc. and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, tax penalties, missed filings, or business interruption, arising from your use of this site or reliance on any figure it displays — even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100) or the amount you paid us to use the site (zero), whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t abuse the site: no scraping at volumes that degrade service, no attempts to breach security, no misrepresenting our results as your own product. The open data at /data is licensed for reuse with attribution; the site’s prose and design are © Cosyslabs Inc..

Embeddable calculators may be included on third-party pages unmodified, including the attribution link they render. We may change or discontinue embeds at any time.

6. Email and waitlists

Newsletter and waitlist signups use double opt-in and carry one-click unsubscribe. We store the consent timestamp and the page you signed up from. See the privacy policy for how data is handled.

We may update these terms; the effective date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new terms.
